When consulting makes sense

- Infrastructure costs out of control. The cloud bill keeps growing and nobody really knows why or whether there’s genuine room to optimise.
- Pending compliance requirements. GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS… there’s an upcoming audit, a client demanding it, or you simply want to know where the company actually stands against what it should be doing.
- Redundancy and high availability. The business has grown and a single server going down causing a service outage is no longer acceptable. A design with real failover is needed.
